Kearney Shanahan Bio

Kearney Shanahan joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2020. Kearney Shanahan is a director of Thomas H. Lee Partners. Mr. Shanahan is currently a director of Ashling Partners and Qventus. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Shanahan was a Principal at Solamere Capital where he sourced, evaluated and executed transactions and was an active portfolio company board member. While at Solamere, he focused on healthcare, business, financial and government technology and service businesses. Prior to Solamere Capital, he worked as an Associate at Fisher Lynch Capital and a Senior Associate – Team Leader at Cambridge Associates. Mr. Shanahan holds a B.A. in Biology from Colby College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
