Bruce Larson Bio

Mr. Larson is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Carlyle Group and has served in that capacity since he joined the firm in November 2019. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Larson served as Partner and Head of Human Capital in Asia Pacific and India at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Larson earned an MBA from University of Chicago and a BA in Finance and Japanese from the University of Utah.
