Laura is one of our three Acquisitions Directors. She works alongside the management teams at Altum, Gravita, Totara and DJH to help them deliver their M&A strategies, from sourcing through to completion of acquisition targets. Laura joined Tenzing after spending more than a decade at GCA Altium, a global mid-market investment bank (now Houlihan Lokey), where she worked with a multitude of owner-managed and PE-backed businesses. Before that, she learned her way around the world of corporate finance at the London arm of a US-based boutique merchant bank. Laura loves working with great teams (the team is everything!) and jumped at the chance to join the high-energy, entrepreneurial and collaborative culture that Tenzing fosters. She loves the variety of working with different businesses combined with the longevity of helping them grow throughout the duration of Tenzing’s investment.
