Marcie Finnigan Bio

Ms. Finnigan joined Tailwater in November 2022 as Director of Tax. Ms. Finnigan is responsible for transaction structuring, fund and deal-level tax planning, and provides assistance in the oversight of the tax compliance and regulatory reporting function. Prior to joining Tailwater, Ms. Finnigan was a Partner at Weaver, the largest independent CPA firm in the Southwest. While at Weaver, Ms. Finnigan partnered tax compliance and consulting for a variety of clients including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, funds of funds, and high net worth individuals and families. Ms. Finnigan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accounting and Taxation from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Public Accountant.
