Lauren is a Director and a member of the North American Operating Team. Prior to joining SVP, Ms. Gray was with eBay focused on Tax Planning and M&A. Earlier in her career, she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s international tax team focused on financial services clients. Ms. Gray holds a JD and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and a BA from the University of Chicago.
