Zeina Bain Bio

Zeina joined Sullivan Street in October 2022 as Managing Partner. Zeina has 22 years’ experience in private equity, initially within technology at a venture capital player followed by 18 years at the Carlyle Group’s European buyout fund leading a number of carve-outs, take privates and mergers. She has latterly spent three years executing structured investments at ICG across the UK, Nordics and the Benelux. Zeina is a strong believer in proactive partnership with management and in bringing best practices to bear across sectors. Zeina read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Lincoln College, Oxford.
