Noura Bakkour Bio

Noura joined SPE Capital in 2020 as an Impact & Sustainability Senior Manager after four years of consulting in international development and sustainability. Previously, Noura served as Project Manager at Institut du Développement Durable et des Relations Internationales (IDDRI), an environmental think tank based in Paris, where she contributed to IDDRI’s efforts to assess and communicate the current state of knowledge regarding financing and implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Prior to that, Noura held program management and coordination positions at the Earth Institute in New York City, Conservation International, and the Pew Center on Global Climate Change (currently known as C2ES) in Washington, DC. Noura holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in environmental science and policy from Columbia University in New York City.
