Josh Sylvan Bio

Josh joined Southfield Capital as an Associate in July 2017. Before joining Southfield Capital, Josh worked in HSBC’s Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York where he provided valuation, structuring and execution support. He operated as a generalist, but primarily worked in the chemicals and consumer space on a variety of transactions. Josh is currently on the board of directors of Franchise FastLane, Protos Security and Alba Wheels Up. He graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance.
