Katie Perry Bio

Katie is responsible for managing the firm’s financial, administrative, and compliance functions including accounting and financial reporting, taxation, limited partner communications, budgeting and planning. Prior to joining Silver Oak, Katie was a Vice President and Portfolio Controller for Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Pearlmark”) in Chicago, an investment firm specializing in commercial real estate. Prior to Pearlmark, Ms. Perry was an Auditor at Clifton Gunderson, LLP, a certified public accounting and consulting firm.
