Katie leads human capital initiatives for Serent Capital, working with board members and management teams at Serent portfolio companies to identify executive talent requirements, recruit leaders into key roles, design human capital strategies, and execute those strategies. Prior to joining Serent Capital, Katie spent six years with McKesson Corporation where she led executive recruiting for the global enterprise. Over the course of her career, Katie held a variety of operational and leadership roles at Creative Artists Agency, Walt Disney Pictures, Nike, Yahoo, the Smithsonian Institution and Korn/Ferry International. She is Vice Chairman of the Board of the Kaiser Family Foundation, a non-profit and non-partisan operating foundation that focuses on healthcare policy research, analysis and journalism. Katie serves on the Finance & Investment Committee as well as the Selection & Governance Committee of the KFF Board. Katie earned an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College.
