Ronald Klein Bio

Ron Klein joined Sequel Holdings in 2011 as Managing Director to lead Sequel’s efforts in the Food and Beverage sectors. He chairs the board of directors for Brady Enterprises and serves on the board of directors for Lakeview Farms, both Sequel portfolio companies. Prior to joining Sequel, Mr. Klein held various senior level positions with Dean Foods Company, with responsibilities ranging from M&A, strategy and capital markets transactions. While at Dean Foods, Mr. Klein completed over 70 mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, contributing to the growth of the company from approximately $500 million in sales to over $12 billion. In addition to his corporate finance experience at Dean, Mr. Klein also held key operating roles, most notably leading its cultured products group. Mr. Klein began his career as a financial analyst with Bear, Sterns & Co. focusing on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity offerings for mid-to-large size companies. Mr. Klein received his B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
