James Coady Bio

James Coady, Partner, joined Sentinel in 1998. Over the past two decades, he has established himself as a successful midmarket private equity investor. Before joining Sentinel Capital Partners, Mr. Coady spent three years as an Associate at First Chicago Equity Capital, the private equity division of First Chicago NBD which specialized in investing in midmarket companies. Previously, he spent two years as an Analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Coady holds an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business and an AB from Harvard University where he was a member of Harvard's NCAA Championship hockey team.
