Kelly Prince Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2022, Ms. Prince was the Global Head of Human Resources at Waterfall Asset Management. Previously, Ms. Prince was part of the Human Capital team at Apollo Global Management. Before Apollo, Ms. Prince worked as the Head of Learning and Development at First Eagle Investment Management. She began her career at Jennison Associates where she had various Human Resources responsibilities including oversight of recruiting, training and development, performance management and employee relations. Ms. Prince graduated from Loyola University in Maryland with a BA in Psychology and from Baruch College with an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations. Ms. Prince is a certified executive coach through iCoach.
