Jeremy C. Schwimmer has extensive experience in corporate finance, private equity, accounting and has held senior operating positions at a variety of privately-held companies. Since 2008, Mr. Schwimmer has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Thermold Corporation, a specialty plastics manufacturer and Sand Oak Capital Partners portfolio company. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Schwimmer served on the Board of Directors of Roth Steel, a privately-held metal recycling business based in New York. At Roth, Mr. Schwimmer orchestrated a substantial corporate turnaround, guiding the company to significant profitability during his tenure. Mr. Schwimmer began his career in the corporate finance department of Oppenheimer and Co., Inc. where he held executive positions in the firm’s corporate finance group. At Oppenheimer, Mr. Schwimmer focused on restructuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of capital market financings. In addition, Mr. Schwimmer serves as a founding member of the Innovation Business Development Advisory Council at United Technologies, a $55 billion publicly traded industrial company Mr. Schwimmer holds a BS with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University where he graduated with honors.
