Edward Honos Bio

Prior to founding Sagepeak Capital, Ed spent ten years as a partner at Coppermine Capital, a Boston-based lower middle market private equity firm. Mr. Honos joined Coppermine Capital at its inception and played key roles in sourcing, closing and monitoring of over 20 investments and served on the boards of 10 portfolio companies some of which included: Agile Magnetics, Coppermine Bakery Holdings, KTPS Holdings, Space Electronics, US Underwater Services and City Pro Group. Prior to joining Coppermine Capital, Ed worked at Merrill Lynch as an investment banker in the Merger and Acquisition and Corporate Finance groups. He was actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, financial structuring, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Ed worked at Lehman Brothers and Price Waterhouse. Ed received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
