Cooper Seeman Bio

Cooper Seeman founded Regimen Equity Partners in 2014. He was the Managing Director of Abacus Private Equity from 2005 to 2011, which completed over 50 highly structured transactions involving in excess of $2.2 billion in assets. From 1997 to 2004 he was the VP Finance at Highgate Holdings, a hospitality and real estate family office, which became the largest independent owner/operator of hotels in Manhattan. He led over $250 million in transactions and was a key team member on an additional $900 million of projects. Cooper obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1994 while at KPMG in Vancouver, and his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1991.
