Jake Vachal Bio

Jake is a Managing Director at Raine. Jake focuses on advisory assignments and principal investments across digital media, e-commerce, advertising technology and sports. Jake is on the board of directors of Heyday and an observer on the Foursquare board of directors, both portfolio companies of Raine. Prior to joining Raine, Jake was a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he advised clients globally on a wide range of strategic transactions across the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors. Previously, Jake was a Vice President at Lazard in their TMT group, an Associate at Barclays in their Communications & Media Group, and an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Jake has a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
