While employed at investment company Reggeborgh, starting in 2005, Arjen Hoop acquired considerable experience of investments in high-opportunity businesses, operating in a variety of sectors. He helped expand the optic fibre companies Reggefiber and Eurofiber, and was responsible for the restructuring of a holding company for healthcare organisations. Previously he was employed at Rabobank for ten years, in the latter years as member of the management of Rabobank Nederland Large Enterprises. In that capacity, he was also member of the credit committee at Rabobank Nederland.
