William (Bill) J. Pulte serves as the CEO of Pulte Capital Partners, a strategic investment firm focused exclusively on building products. Mr. Pulte serves on the board of Carstin Brands, a Pulte Capital portfolio company spread across 19 states and one of the largest kitchen and bath countertop manufacturers in the United States. Mr. Pulte also oversees Advanced Air & Heat, a Pulte Capital portfolio company and one of the largest air conditioning businesses in Florida. Prior to starting Pulte Capital Partners, Mr. Pulte worked as an investment professional at two middle market private equity firms. Mr. Pulte has been named to Forbes 30 under 30 and his work has been recognized by CNBC, MSNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, and many other national and international publications. In a private-public partnership with Mayor Dave Bing of Detroit, Mr. Pulte founded and serves as Chairman of Detroit Blight Authority, a Michigan non-profit corporation focused on neighborhood stabilization through mass trash and debris clearing within Detroit’s 135 square miles. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and has served as President of the Northwestern University Club of Detroit. Mr. Pulte has also served on the Northwestern University Alumni Association board and serves on the board of The Community House in Birmingham, Michigan. He has served on a transition committee for Michigan’s Secretary of State.
