Karim joined Providence in 2002 and is a senior managing director co-leading the firm's private equity investment activities in Europe. He currently sits on the boards of A2MAC1, Airties, Bitė, Globeducate, La Centrale and Marlink. Karim Tabet is a senior managing director based in our London office. He co-leads the firm's private equity investment activities in Europe and is a member of the firm’s investment, portfolio review and executive committees. Mr. Tabet is currently a director of A2MAC1, Airties, Bitė, Globeducate, La Centrale and Marlink. Previous boards include Digiturk, Com Hem, Casema, Crown Media International and Galileo Global Education. Prior to joining Providence in 2002, Mr. Tabet was an associate in the principal investment area at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Tabet holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of École Polytechnique in France.
