Vardhan joined Privet Capital in 2009 and led the successful turnaround of Thermal Engineering. He has a strong operational background in the telecoms, aluminium and aerospace industries. He also held a position as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Vardhan has an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, and an MA in engineering, economics and management from Oxford.
