Xu is responsible for Primavera’s legal affairs and compliance. Prior to joining Primavera, Xu worked at China International Capital Corporation (Hong Kong) Ltd as a legal counsel. Before that, Xu worked as a lawyer in the Hong Kong office and Beijing office of Fangda Partners. Xu is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States. She received an LLB from Peking University and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley.
