Edward joined Primavera in 2014. He’s responsible for the firm’s investments in industrials, clean tech, renewable energy and digital technology sectors. Edward has played an instrumental role in building up the firm’s climate action investment franchise and has been deeply involved in deals including Envision, AESC, XPeng, Nio, Zhuhai CosMX Battery, Avary Holding, ProLogium, Hellobike, HongJun, Trina Power, Zeyi and UES. He currently serves on the boards of HongJun, ProLogium and AESC. Prior to Primavera, Edward worked at Ardian in its Beijing office. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master in Finance from Tsinghua University.
