Kristina Mickerts Bio

Kristina Mickerts (1986) has been Finance Manager at PREMIUM since April 2018. From 2013 to 2018 she worked for the audit and accounting firm Mazars GmbH & Co. KG in the audit department.As senior auditor she was responsible for the execution of audits of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements of companies of different legal forms and sizes in accordance with German GAAP(HGB) as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). After a successful Bachelor‘s degree, she completed aprofessionally linked Master of Laws (LL.M.) with focus on Mergers & Acquisitions at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
