Joseph Johnson Bio

Joe is a partner and co-founder of Pondera and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, structuring transactions, leading due diligence, and managing portfolio companies at a board level. He currently serves on the boards of Avanti Equine Veterinary Partners, CandyCo, Whisker, Literacy Resources, and Wag’n Tails Mobile Conversions. Prior to Pondera, Joe was a member of the investment team at Prairie Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Joe began his career as an analyst at TTK Partners, a middle-market investment bank. He received a B.B.A. in finance from Loyola University of Chicago and graduated summa cum laude.
