Roger joined Polaris in 2020. Prior to joining Polaris, Roger was at Triton Advisers from 2009-2019 working as a Portfolio Manager in Triton Value Fund. Other previous work experiences include Portfolio Manager at SEB and part of team when Christer Gardell and Lars Förberg founded Cevian Capital in 2002. M.Sc. from Stockholm School of Economics including MBA studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
