Takumi Kakazu Bio

Mr. Takumi Kakazu joined Polaris in June 2021. Before joining Polaris, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company, where he led a variety of projects from New Business Development, Operation improvement, to Initiatives Implementation. He also led Digital Transformation projects including Machine Learning model development and Agile Marketing implementation. Prior to McKinsey, he has experience working as an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley Securities covering Precision Instruments Industry. He also experienced Software sales and implementation at Oracle Japan as a Pre-Sales Consultant. Mr. Kakazu received a BA in International Relations from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
