Kosuke Omata Bio

Mr. Kosuke Omata joined Polaris in September 2022. Before joining Polaris, he was the head of Investment Business at Frontier Management Inc., where he advised regional financial institutions of PE investment. Prior to FMI, he was a private equity fund manager at Ant Capital Partners for more than five years, where he built deep expertise in B2B food wholesaler as the head of sales and apparel OEM maker as the director of manufacturing. He has career as a management consultant for 3 years at IGPI and an M&A advisor for 5 years at Daiwa Securities as well. Mr. Omata received a BA in Political Science from Waseda University and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
