Imane El Alaoui Bio

Imane completed a Master of Science in Management with a specialisation in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from EMLyon Business School. Imane has six years’ experience in investment banking where she was involved in various transactions within the private equity space. Before joining Phatisa in January 2020, she worked in leveraged finance at Société Générale and in corporate advisory at DC advisory in Paris. She is a French and Moroccan citizen and speaks fluent French, English and Arabic.
