Sam joined Permira Credit in June 2020 and is a restructuring specialist. Prior to joining Permira Credit, Sam spent five years at PJT Partners (formerly Blackstone) in the European Restructuring and Special Situations Group. Before that he spent two years at Barclays on the distressed debt trading desk and five years at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago in the Restructuring Practice Group. Sam holds a degree in Political Science from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from London Business School.
