Drexel Knight Bio

Drex joined Calvert Street in 2019 and helps manage the mezzanine investment business. Prior to joining Calvert Street, Drex co-founded and managed Parkway Capital Investors. Parkway was formed in 2000 to invest mezzanine debt and private equity in lower middle market companies. Prior to co-founding Parkway Capital Investors, Drex was the Mid Atlantic credit products executive for Bank of America after having served as a credit risk executive for a Bank of America predecessor. He also previously held numerous executive positions in various subsidiaries of MNC Financial. Drex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
