Laura Farber Bio

Laura is a Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for assisting with the development, enforcement, and testing of policies and procedures designed to prevent violations of applicable regulations by the Firm, its employees, and other supervised persons. Prior to joining Palisade Capital Management in 2018, Laura was the Compliance Coordinator at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC where she advised and assisted CRM’s chief compliance officer in all aspects of their corporate compliance program. Prior to Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, Laura was a member of the International Legal Group of AllianceBernstein LP where she worked on AllianceBernstein’s alternatives and UCITS platforms. Laura is a member of the New York Bar and holds a limited license for in-house counsel in New Jersey. She received her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. in Communications & Media Studies and Political Science from Fordham University. Laura maintains the IACCP® (Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional) designation from NRS and the Investment Adviser Association.
