Sam Fazakerley Bio

Sam has been with Palatine since 2007 and is proud to have seen the organisation grow from its first fundraise in 2007 to the closing of the Impact Fund in 2017. She has enjoyed being part of a growing organisation and embracing the challenges as the role has expanded over the years. Sam has overall responsibility for the finance, tax and administration of all four funds and the management company. Sam is involved in the whole finance function from fundraising to financial reporting. Prior to joining Palatine, she spent 12 years in industry having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO Binder Hamlyn. She graduated from Lancaster University and has a degree in Accounting and Finance and Mathematics.
