Drew Olian Bio

Drew joined PAI in 2023 and is a member of the Business Services Team and the US Team. He was previously a Director at 3i Group in New York, focusing on the Business Services, Industrial Technology, and Software sectors. Prior to this, Drew spent five years with The Carlyle Group, having previously worked at Aurora Capital Group. He started his career on the investment banking team at Goldman Sachs. Drew holds a BA in Mathematical Economics and International Relations from Pomona College in California and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
