Coley Andrews Bio

Coley is a co-founder and the Managing Partner of Pacific Lake. Since starting the firm in 2009, Coley has worked with hundreds of search fund entrepreneurs and CEOs. He is responsible for leading Pacific Lake’s strategic direction and growth, and works closely with companies in the Pacific Lake portfolio as an active advisor and board member. Coley is also a Lecturer at Stanford's Graduate School of Business where he teaches classes focused on building and growing small companies. Prior to forming Pacific Lake, Coley worked for Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm in San Francisco, and in management consulting for The Parthenon Group. Coley graduated from Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Stanford GSB.
