Lauren McLeod Bio

Lauren is a member of Onex Partners Portfolio Operations team where she supports due diligence and post-acquisition value creation efforts. She is responsible for working with portfolio companies to identify and implement value creation initiatives and establishing best practices internally for Onex Partners. Prior to joining Onex, Lauren was an Associate Partner with Bain & Company. As a leader in Bain’s Private Equity Group, Lauren led over 50 due diligence and value creation engagements on behalf of various financial investors, with a focus on industrials and business services. Lauren has also led numerous strategy engagements, working closely with management teams across privately held and publicly traded companies. Lauren holds an MBA (with Distinction) from Ivey Business School, MSc from The London School of Economics and MA from the University of Toronto, both in the field of International Political Economy, and a BA (Hons) from Western University.
