Hendrik Jordaan Bio

Hendrik Jordaan was born and raised in South Africa. He co-founded 1K1V and was instrumental in designing the firm’s structure, investment approach and strategy. As president and CEO, he chairs 1K1V’s Investment Committee and oversees Investor Relations. Before co-founding 1K1V, Mr. Jordaan was the Global Chair of the Private Equity Investments and Buyout Practice of Morrison and Foerster LLP. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, M&A and complex cross-border financing.
