Based in Toronto, Salim is an Associate Director in the Private Equity, Operations & Strategy team. Salim works with the Operations and investment teams to institutionalize experience and support Value Creation of Portfolio Companies. Salim also supports Private Equity strategic initiatives and the deployment of Cross-Portfolio initiatives. Prior to joining OMERS, Salim was a part of KPMG’s Operations M&A practice. At KPMG, Salim supported both institutional and corporate clients through periods of change including acquisitions, divestitures, business transformation, new entity stand-up, and system implementations. Salim started his career with Deloitte. Salim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CPA, CA.
