Kelly Handschumacher Bio

As Director, Legal and Compliance, Kelly provides regulatory compliance advice and support to OMERS Infrastructure, including with respect to the U.S. Investment Advisers Act. Before joining OMERS in 2021, Kelly was an associate at Akin Gump, where she focused on white collar and other enforcement and regulatory matters, securities and class action litigation, and business litigation. Kelly holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) from Stanford University. Kelly is admitted to practice in New York and California.
