Madeleine Horton Bio

Ms. Horton joined the Human Resources team at Oaktree in 2002, initially serving as a generalist. She then spent four years in talent acquisition and retention, followed by four years focused on compensation. From 2015 to 2019, Ms. Horton served in a business partner role, where she contributed to the development and effective delivery of HR strategies and services for Oaktree’s U.S.-based investment teams, as well as the firm’s Marketing, Client Relations, Portfolio Analytics Risk & Reporting, and Corporate Development groups. Prior thereto, Ms. Horton worked for the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl. She received a B.A. degree in English from the University of California, Riverside.
