Elroy is President, CEO and founder of Newlook Capital. Building leadership teams that develop and execute strategies continues to be his passion, he has built leadership teams in real estate, logistics, health care and private equity. Elroy has been directly involved with real estate and private equity investments totalling in excess of $150,000,000. Elroy also serves on the Private Capital Markets Association Advisory Committee.
