Roland is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. He joined Montagu in 2022 from Deloitte where he worked in the Private Equity Transaction Services team, advising mid-market and large-cap clients on operational diligence and value creation within the portfolio. Prior to this, at Deloitte he trained as an accountant and graduated from Durham University.
