James Fox Bio

Jim joined Midwest Mezzanine Funds as an Associate in 2018. Prior to Midwest, Jim was an Associate with CapX Partners, a Chicago-based alternative debt provider focusing on senior and equipment backed credit facilities to private equity sponsored companies. While at CapX, Jim was involved in all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation and execution as well as portfolio management. Prior to CapX, Jim worked for three years at Wintrust Financial where he underwrote cash flow and asset-based transactions and managed a portfolio of middle-market commercial banking clients. Jim earned his BA in Economics and Classics from the College of the Holy Cross.
