François-Xavier Deren Bio

After four years of audit experience at Arthur Andersen (1993-1997), François-Xavier participated in the development of ABN AMRO Capital France (now Abénex Capital) from 1997 to 2000 before joining TCR Capital (2000-2003). François-Xavier joined Paluel-Marmont Capital in October 2003 and became Managing Director in early 2014. In 2017, he participated in the team's spin-off as Managing Director of LT Capital. Some examples of completed transactions: Quadrimex, Exeol, Tridem, GD Intérim, and B Live. François-Xavier is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University (Master's in Management Sciences) and holds a Specialized Master's degree from ESCP-EAP (Audit and Consulting); he is also a Chartered Accountant.
