Kristīne Bērziņa Bio

Kristine is one of the founders of Livonia Partners. Strategy, transactions, and operations management are among her areas of expertise. After over a decade in roles around the world at PwC and IBM, she returned to Latvia as head of corporate development for the country’s main telecom. Kristīne has been the architect of Livonia's notable investment in Santa Monica Networks, which was exited to Latvijas Mobilais Telefons in 2021. Currently she chairs the supervisory boards at Hortes and Fenestra. Kristīne is also Chairwoman of the Latvian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
