Victoria Wood Bio

Victoria joined Limerston Capital in 2018. She is focused on operational improvement with a strong emphasis on the healthcare, consumer and niche manufacturing. Prior to joining Limerston, Victoria was Head of Transformation Capability at Sainsbury’s and prior to that was at McKinsey for 7 years where she was Associate Partner and led strategy, transformation and change management assignments. Victoria started her career at Eli Lilly where she spent 7 years across several operating improvement positions. Victoria received an MBA from INSEAD in France & Singapore and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from Loughborough University.
