Gus Thompson Bio

Gus Thompson is a Director on the Secondary team primarily focused on the evaluation and monitoring of continuation vehicle transactions. Gus joined Lexington in 2024 from ICG, where he was a principal on the strategic equity team. Prior to that, he was an associate at Blackstone Strategic Partners. Gus graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a BSBA in Finance.
