Rony Kort Bio

Rony joined LGP as Chief Talent Officer in 2024. Prior to LGP, Rony was VP of People at Greycroft, a venture capital firm, and Clutter, a venture-backed start-up. Additionally, Rony worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in London and in Structured Finance at Deutsche Bank in New York. Rony received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University.
