Tatsuo Watanabe Bio

Tatsuo Watanabe is based in Tokyo. He joined L Real Estate in May 2013 and is serving as a Principal in charge of project management and asset management for L Catterton Real Estate. Prior to joining LCRE, he worked with East Japan Railway Company, involved in master planning and project management of mixed-used projects linked to train stations in Tokyo. Prior to that, he had an asset management role at Redwood Group Japan, and also had experiences in Mori Building in architectural design and development management of large-scale mixed-use redevelopment projects in the center of Tokyo. Mr. Watanabe earned an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a M.S in Architecture from Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is licensed as an architect and a Real Estate Broker in Japan.
