Kaia Simmons Bio

Ms. Simmons is a Principal at L Catterton focused on Impact Investing. Before joining L Catterton, she was an investor at Stripes, a growth equity firm that invests in consumer and software, where she focused on opportunities in consumer health, food and beverage, pet, beauty, climate, and outdoor recreation. Also, while at Stripes, she held an interim operating role within a high-growth portfolio company in the CPG space, helping manage two major product launches before transitioning back onto the investment team. Ms. Simmons graduated with honors from Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology. She also holds a masters degree from Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. While at Stanford University, Ms. Simmons was on the Varsity Women's Swim Team and served as co-captain her senior year.
